Uncontested divorce forms provided in a divorce kit will contain all the pleadings related to division or marital property, child custody issues, child support issues, alimony and any other issues related to dissolving the marriage. It may be important, even if divorce forms are used, to have an attorney at least look over the forms for any issues that the parties might not have covered. However, using divorce forms will greatly reduce the costs of legal advice.
