According to the Oklahoma Divorce Laws and Oklahoma Divorce Guidelines, to get divorced in Oklahoma, either spouse must have been a resident of the state for 6 months before filing the case

Grounds for Fault based divorce:

(3) abandonment for 1 year
(4) imprisonment
(5) confinement for incurable insanity for 5 years
(6) cruel and inhuman treatment
(7) fraud
(8) habitual intemperance
(9) the wife pregnant by another at the time of the marriage
(10) gross neglect
(11) a foreign divorce which is not valid in Oklahoma.

An Agreed Divorce , defined by Oklahoma divorce guidelines and Oklahoma divorce laws, is a scenario where the spouses agree on the terms of the divorce such as Oklahoma property distribution, Oklahoma child support, or Oklahoma child custody.

A Default Divorce , according to the Oklahoma divorce guidelines and Oklahoma divorce laws, is a divorce where the other spouse doesn't sign the Oklahoma Divorce forms or Oklahoma divorce papers, he/she doesn't do anything at all with the divorce.
